Residents & Lawncare Services
Please do not dump yard waste in preserve or common areas.  Residents yard waste should be left in the swale of the property from which it was collected.  Lawncare services are required to immediately remove waste. Only residents may leave waste in swale.

ABOUT US

A Family Community

Cobblestone  is a beautiful  gated community of nearly 500 acres, nestled among Florida pines and open water ways in western Palm City, Florida.  Located in central Florida’s Martin County on scenic Martin Highway between I-95 and the Florida Turnpike, it affords easy highway access for its owners  whether traveling North or South.  Cobblestone shares its guarded entrance with the equestrian community of Stuart West and the private golf club, The Cape Club.

The 238 home sites of Cobblestone are intertwined with the Cape Club’s 131 acre  private golf course.  The challenging 18-hole course was redesigned in 2004 by British Open champion Darren Clarke.  Cobblestone and The Cape Club combine to create a beautiful tract of undisturbed land with majestic soft pines, sparkling lakes  and tranquil nature preserves that are home to many species of wildlife and plants.  It is not unusual to see deer grazing, eagles soaring overhead or river otters swimming in its lakes.  Home sites are a minimum of one half acre with many having panoramic views of the golf course, lakes and preserves.

Cobblestone’s sister community, Stuart West, is hallmarked by stables and pastures.  The two communities share a beautiful private park complete with football and baseball fields, basketball court, playground equipment and shelters  surrounded by live oaks and pines.
